A deep tissue therapy to reduce muscle tension, support injury prevention, relieve pain, increase flexibility and provide relaxation. Recommended to anyone with tight muscles, which could be due to incorrect posture, sports injury, occupation or leading an active lifestyle.

Mat Pilates
