I can help.

​Hi, my name is Pippa. I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I offer Pilates classes, sports massage and one-to-one personal training.

I have my own Pilates Studio in a converted barn, near Little Gaddesdon specifically designed for those who want privacy in a nice friendly atmosphere. I offer private one-to-one Pilates classes or group classes and I am fully qualified and fully insured.

I discovered my love for Pilates, back in 2018, when I broke my back in an horse-riding accident. Three months on from my accident, I was back in the saddle; the main recovery stemmed from my regular Pilates, which has built up my core strength.

In my Mat Pilates classes, you will follow progressive exercise lessons, guided relaxation and essential breathing techniques, as well as postural correction in an enjoyable, friendly and welcoming setting.

I will personally work with you to tailor the exercises to your individual needs, in either a group, semi-private or one-to-one session, depending upon your requirements.

I offer modifications and adapt the level of the exercises to match your needs and experience.

One of the wonderful things about Pilates, besides how effective and measurable it is, is that this low impact, non-competitive exercise is suitable for everyone and can be tailored to the individual.

I've trained a variety of clients, all with different goals; male and female, across all age ranges and from all different health levels - no matter what your current health ability is, I can help improve that.

Private Friendly Classes

I work from a converted barn, which has been specifically converted and dedicated to personal training.

There’s no large crowds and I offer a one-to-one friendly service.

How I Can Help You

I will focus on strengthening the core, improving posture and injury prevention as well as helping with rehabilitation from injury. My classes are low impact and open to all abilities and ages. Exercises can easily be adapted to regress or progress.
