I can help.

Hi, my name is Pippa. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, who also offers sports massage and Pilates.

I have my own gym, in a converted barn, specifically designed for those who want privacy and the ability to train in a nice, friendly atmosphere.

I don’t offer quick-fixes. Just friendly, open, honest, solid personal training and advice to help you get you the results that you’re looking for.

I have a converted barn, which has been specifically converted and dedicated for personal training. There’s no large crowds and a one-to-one friendly service

How I will help you to achieve your goal

  • I will design a programme that’s tailored to your specific needs and goals. No two clients are the same and every client has a bespoke programme that’s unique to them.

  • I will teach you through every aspect of your training program; you will know exactly what you will be doing before your sessions with me and also for when you're training on your own.

  • You will learn how to do every lift safely and effectively.

  • I will provide all the support you need during and outside our sessions. I'm in the gym nearly every day and my clients will text or call me if they need to talk or need any help.

  • You will be part of a close-knit, friendly and supportive gym environment

  • I won't make you feel bad and I don’t judge if you make mistakes - feeling better about getting heathier is much more important.
